Luis is hosting coffee connections and career story sharing with exciting hands-on elements including a rapid prototyping activity for bouncing ideas around projects you have in mind, plus a Career Solutions Cycle designed to create a support network among Mexico City's generalist community.
What is a generalist? Professionals who apply their skills across multiple domains, connect disparate ideas, or serve as "translators" between different teams and disciplines. If you've ever felt your career doesn't fit in a single box, this celebration is for you.

Your host Luis is a Civil Engineer turned Early-stage Startup Operations Manager mainly centered around consumer goods. His favorite part about being a generalist? "I feel like MacGyver when it comes to solving problems. I've had so many different experiences that I feel comfortable with any challenge and highly motivated to new environments."
As Luis shares: "I feel like the community and opportunities you guys show is largely directed to US and Europe. In Latam we're lagging in acknowledging the value Generalists have for organizations and businesses. I want to meet people who feel the same way in my city."
