🇲🇽 MVMT Arts Level 1 I Veracruz, Mexico

​​Come and join the MVMT arts Level 1 Workshop on July27-28 2024 . This two-day event runs for eight hours each day, starting from 9 am to 5 pm on both Saturday and Sunday. The workshop will be conducted at Acrocosmos in Veracruz, Mexico. Led by the Founder, Iris Salihagic, this workshop promises an enriching experience.

​​L1 offers an immersive two-day workshop spanning 16 hours in total. Throughout the program, participants will delve into mastering all 15 Level 1 moves, complete with regressions, progressions, and variations tailored to accommodate all skill levels. You'll not only gain a comprehensive understanding of each movement on its own but also learn to seamlessly integrate them into personalized flows of your creation.

​​The workshop extends a warm invitation to both fitness professionals and enthusiasts alike, embracing anyone with a passion for enhancing their movement skills. Fitness professionals have the opportunity to pursue certification as MVMT Arts Instructors post-workshop. Upon completion of the workshop, individuals can submit their movements to start your  certification process, enabling them to teach MVMT Arts in various settings such as personal training, group fitness classes, workshops, and retreats. 

​​Continuing Education Credits:

​​The Level 1 course is accredited to offer continuing education credits by the following organizations: American Council on Exercise (ACE) - 0.8 CEUs; National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) 1.4 CEUs

​​About the Course:

​​Throughout the workshop, participants will explore all facets of MVMT Arts, encompassing floorwork, dance flows, hand balancing, flexibility and mobility, strength, and soft acrobatics.

​​The workshop commences with foundational positions, progressively advancing in complexity and challenge over the course of two days. Each movement is contextualized within scientifically-proven principles pertinent to individuals involved in the health and fitness sectors. By the culmination of the second day, attendees will collectively execute a sequence integrating the majority of movements learned during the workshop. This sequence serves as a framework from which participants can initiate their own creative journey.

​​Can I attend:

​​The workshop welcomes individuals of all skill levels. Participants should possess the physical fitness necessary to support their body weight to engage in physical activities.

​​Refund Policy:

​​Acceptance and Commencement: If a student is not accepted into training or if the MVMT Arts program does not commence as scheduled, a 100% refund of their deposit/course fee will be provided. Alternatively, students may opt to apply the full amount held by MVMT Arts as credit towards the fee for a future program.

Refunds Policy;

​​Cancellation with Advance Notice: Students who submit written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the program start date are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount held by MVMT Arts, or they may apply it as credit towards the fee for a future program.

​​Cancellation within 30 Hours of Start Date: Any notice of cancellation received within 30 hours of the course start date will be considered a withdrawal, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Manuals and Supplied Texts: Manuals are typically forwarded 5-10 days before the course start date unless requested earlier by the student (if available). Regardless of the timeframe of notification, students will be deemed withdrawn once manuals are provided. If a student has been provided with a supplied text, the retail cost of the text will be deducted before calculating any refund or credit.
