We’re kicking off the Lovable Shipped season with a high-energy “USA vs Canada” face-off hackathon! Participants will build entirely within the Lovable platform, showcasing innovation, teamwork, and speed. Whether you're dialing in from Toronto, Austin or virtually from anywhere, you'll be joining a truly global event.

11:00 AM – Global Kickoff Livestream (rules + API keys)
11:15 – 12:00 AM – Hack Sprint Begins • Mentors on standby
12:00 – 1:00 PM – Mentor Office Hours (Roam rooms)
1:00 – 3:45 PM – Continued build sprint
3:45 PM – Code freeze & demo upload to Lovable repo
4:00 – 5.00 PM – Judging Period / Demos
5.00 - 5.20 PM - Judges finalize their top 3 teams
5:30 – 6.00 PM – Finalist pitches (5-min each)
6:00 – 6:20 PM – Global vote via Roam poll
6:30 PM – Champion announced + Shipped onboarding
