Our first in-person program of 2023!
Join ODNY and Loeb Leadership as we learn about a new way to focus and prioritize our own self-care, a practice which we can take and apply to ourselves, our teams, and our clients.
Often OD professionals are so focused on caring for others, we forget to care for ourselves so the first half of this event will be about each of us as individuals.
In the second half we will learn about the future of engagement surveys, focusing on the holistic health of an organization and its people and how we can measure health to create change.
