Mega Meetup Monday- HOST INVITE

​FOR HOSTS/VOLUNTEERS/MEETUPS

​Mega Meetup Night is your chance to explore Edmonton's diverse tech and innovation meetups in a casual environment. It's a fun and relaxed opportunity to connect with the city's brightest minds and discover your niche in our vibrant tech and innovation community!

​Information you need:

• ​SETUP: 5-6pm Jan 22 at Edmonton Unlimited (10107 Jasper Ave)

• ​Bring materials and anything you need to sign up new meetup members or any swag or stickers to share. You'll have a table but we cannot guarantee access to power (but we will have wifi+pizza)

• ​There is room for one small banner, but please stick to your table's footprint so everyone can have a spot!

• ​The wifi Password for Guest wifi is EUGuest Password: GuestAccess!

• ​Prepare a short 30sec-1min pitch about your meetup as well will pass around a mic throughout the night.

• ​6-8pm is Mega Meetup

• ​CLEANUP around 8pm
