What is the purpose?
If you are anything like me, you have struggled to have a positive relationship with your body. Maybe it was positive at one point and now it isn't. Or you never truly had one. As things are changing around you, your body is changing too, so what better time is there to really connect with it?
It's time to stop ignoring your body or speaking badly about it when it doesn't look like you want it to or perform the way you want. Join us and forge a better relationship with your body, so that you can release old stories and move forward feeling grounded and whole.
What are the objectives?
This daily practice could result in:
a deeper body connection: increased self awareness and a stronger sense of being supported by your body.
an emotional release: letting go of stored emotions, limiting beliefs, and old stories that may be keeping them in a holding pattern.
self-acceptance and compassion: greater self-love, acceptance, and kindness toward yourself.
inner safety and trust: a strengthened sense of safety and trust in your body even as it changes.
What are the highlights?
New weekly exercises twice each week (a video and a written script to easily guide you through the process)
Writing exercises to work through emotions or experiences that come to the surface from the work
