​​What Are Linkedin Live Audio Events?

​LinkedIn Live Audio Events are combination of (1) Linkedin Live Events and more recently (2) Linkedin Audio Events which were discontinued in December 2024.

We are testing out the "Audio Only" features and comparing them to Linkedin Audio Events which were quite a popular feature with a loyal followers of users.

These events are now streamed using a third-party broadcasting tool, in this instance we are using Restream.

They can be scheduled in advance to promote attendance and have several significant advantages.

LinkedIn Live Audio Events can be used to bring professional communities together in real-time, and can be used for a variety of purposes, such as hosting webinars, Q&A sessions, or product demonstrations.

​​Attendees can network during the event by minimizing the event window without exiting the event, and external events can be promoted on LinkedIn as well.
