About Event
For our final capstone session, we'll be having a special guest for a deep dive into somatic therapy and EMDR!
We'll be focused on what is Somatic Therapy, it’s benefits and different techniques, as well as a grounding exercise.
Our guest will be Jenessa Goodman:
I’m going to be focusing on EMDR with a somatic, attachment, and depth psychology emphasis, which where my training and experience is centered.
I’m a psychotherapist, artist, and writer. For me, life is a daily dance in service of healing and creativity. My sessions integrate dreamwork and somatic modalities with cutting edge trauma-informed EMDR therapy
