​ "Morning Kyoto Feeling the Breeze of Kyoto by Bicycle"

​Overview: A morning cycling tour event visiting Kyoto's famous sightseeing spots.

​Date and Time:Thursday, July 4th, 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM

​Meeting Time:6:25 AM

​Meeting Place:Nakadachiuri Gate, Kyoto Imperial Palace

​Dismissal Place:Nakadachiuri Gate, Kyoto Imperial Palace (same as the meeting place)

​Course Overview:Kyoto Imperial Palace → Kyocera Museum Garden → Heian Shrine → Nanzen-ji Temple (Approximately 10 km round trip)

​What to Bring:Bicycle (helmet, drink, sunglasses, rain gear, etc., if possible)

​Participation Fee:¥500 (includes insurance)

​Notes

• ​The application deadline is the day before the event, July 3rd.

• ​Please prepare your own bicycle. There are no rental bicycles available.

• ​Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking on the day of the event.

• ​We will travel between sightseeing spots by bicycle and plan to walk around within the sightseeing areas.

• ​Any type of bicycle is acceptable, but sports bicycles or electric-assist bicycles are recommended. *Motorcycles and electric scooters are prohibited.

• ​We will provide leisure insurance in case of emergencies.

• ​There are no additional fees as we will not enter facilities that require admission fees.

• ​Please pay the participation fee at the meeting place on the day of the event.

• ​If you cancel on the day of the event, a cancellation fee of ¥500 will be charged.

• ​In case of sudden weather changes, such as rain or thunder, the event may be interrupted, but the participation fee will not be refunded.

• ​If rain is forecasted the day before the event, it will be canceled.

​『あさキョウト ~自転車で感じる京の風〜』

​概要：早朝に自転車で京都の観光名所を巡るツーリングイベント

​日時：7月4日（木）午前6:30~午前9:00

​集合時間：午前6:25

​集合場所：京都御苑中立御門

​解散場所：京都御苑中立御門（集合場所と同じ）

​コース概要：京都御苑 → 京セラ美術館庭園 → 平安神宮 → 南禅寺を周る (往復約10km)

​持ち物：自転車必須（可能であればヘルメット、飲み物、サングラス、雨具など）

​参加費：¥500（保険料を含む）

​備考

• ​申込締切は開催日前日の7月3日です。

• ​当日は動きやすい服装、歩きやすい靴でお越しください。

• ​観光地間を自転車で移動し、観光地内の散策を予定しております。

• ​自転車は各自で用意してください。貸出自転車のご用意はございません。

• ​自転車の種類は問いませんが、スポーツ自転車または電動アシスト付き自転車を推奨しております。※原動機付自転車や電動キックボードでの参加は禁止です。

• ​万が一の場合に備えて、レジャー保険に加入させていただきます。

• ​入場料が発生する施設内には立ち入らないため、追加料金はかかりません。

• ​参加費のお支払いは当日に集合場所でお願いいたします。

• ​当日キャンセルをした場合、キャンセル料500円を頂戴いたします。

• ​急な天候の変化で雨や雷が発生した場合は、途中で中断させていただく場合がございますが、参加費は返金致しかねますのでご了承ください。

• ​開催日前日に雨予報の場合は中止とさせていただきます。
