P*DA and DBCS brings together an esteemed group of design leaders to share their experiences, challenges and strategies for staying resilient. Over drinks and candid conversations, we’ll explore what it means to lead with confidence, inspire teams and turn uncertainty into opportunity.

About the Panel
Kotchakorn, Peter and Welby are jurors for the President*s Design Award (P*DA 2025), which will be held on 31 July 2025. They are in Singapore to attend the P*DA Jury Session from 17 to 21 February 2025.
Kotchakorn Voraakhom
As the founder and CEO of LANDPROCESS, Kotchakorn is dedicated to enhancing urban resilience in Southeast Asia. Featured in TIME 100 Next and recognised by the United Nations, she’ll share insights on leading with action and impact, to shape a more sustainable future.
Peter Murray
A prominent figure in architecture and the co-founder of New London Architecture think tank, Peter has led numerous initiatives such as the London Festival of Architecture. With deep expertise in navigating urban change, he’ll discuss strategies that can help leaders foster resilience, and inspire future-focused designs.
Welby Altidor
A leader in experience-making and organisational design, Welby is renowned for his work with Cirque du Soleil and NEON Singapore. As the author of Creative Courage, he is passionate about design excellence and will share how leaders can use transformative storytelling to inspire others and lead with confidence.
