Time: Registration starts at 6:30 PM. The event begins sharp at 7:00 PM.

Important Information
Event Capacity: Due to budgetary constraints, this event is limited to 100 members only.
Entry Eligibility: Attendance is strictly limited to in-house HR professionals with at least 10 years of total HR experience.
New Member Access: Priority will be given to new members to promote broader community participation.
No-Show Penalty: Registered members who do not attend the event without cancelling at least 48 hours in advance via their self-service Luma event page will be charged an administrative fee of AED 50. This policy is being implemented to address repeated instances of members reserving seats and not attending, which limits access for others.
LinkedIn Profile Requirement: Registrations without a LinkedIn profile will be automatically declined, as the Organising Committee requires it for verification.
Walk-In Policy: Members who arrive at the venue without prior registration, or whose registrations have been declined, will be charged an entry fee of AED 50 at the door. No exceptions will be made.
Registration Approval: All registrations are subject to approval by the Organising Committee. Confirmation will be communicated via email.
