It’s easy to take fresh, local food for granted…until you find out how precarious life is for many farmers. On April 8 we’ll hear the story of FarmWorks, an innovative investment co-op that often tips the balance from failure to success. We’ll also find out what we can all do—as consumers, gardeners, neighbours and friends—to build more resilience into our food systems.
During the final half hour, we will engage in small breakout groups and then return for a final Q&A with our guest.
