Are you an aspiring founder in Berlin and feels overwhelmed with pursuing your self employed or startup idea? Employed.world wants to create a safe space for people affected by layoffs in Berlin and want to be able to pursue their ideas or self employment initiatives and have a support system which can offer know-how network and access.
Our third meetup is joined by:
1. Anais Cisneros
Cofounder and CEO of Amela
Anais Cisneros is a former consultant, VC and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology startups and investments in Europe and Latin America. Anais is a Peruvian citizen and is currently CEO of Amela, the largest network of women entrepreneurs in technology in Latin America. As an investor, she worked in funds such as Rally Cap (San Francisco based fund) and Samos Investments (early stage London base fund), and currently works as a venture partner at EWOR (Berlin based fund and accelerator). She is also a member of VC familia (network of Latin VCs in the US) and We Invest (network of women investors in Latam). Anais has a bachelor's degree from Rotterdam School of Management, an MBA from INSEAD, has received multiple scholarships, lived and worked in 10 countries and speaks 5 languages. She has a great passion for bridging inequality gaps and actively connects Latin American entrepreneurs with global investors.
2. Diana Patricia Aya Calderón
Freelance Product Designer & Co-Founder @DTSecLabs
She is a full-stack product designer and co-founder of DTsecLabs, where she lead product development on an OT security platform leveraging AI and digital twin technology to protect industrial systems. With over 10 years in UX, design management, and product development, She is passionate about blending design and tech to bring ideas to life.
3. Julia Tomaszewska
Creative advisor for fashion brands | Coach & stylist for daring leaders
She is an ICF coach, business mentor and a stylist. She supports daring individuals in finding their true colors and style, assisting them in expressing their message freely and courageously. She also mentors fashion designers in finding their aesthetic and developing unique brands, bridging the worlds of fashion, personal development and business.
She has worked strategically with individual female entrepreneurs, family businesses, fashion brands, startups and large corporations. Regardless of the client, she always focuses on stimulating creativity in the process of arriving at new solutions to change both the world and their creators. She is fascinated by art, fashion and living with passion.
4. Andreea Lungulescu
Principal Recruiter | Founder of Talent Crunch speaking on Community Building & Events
She is a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner with over 14 years in specialist talent roles and the Founder of Talent Crunch - Berlin, a thriving community launched in 2023. Andreea grew Talent Crunch from the ground up to over 2,800 members through organic growth, hosting 18 events and building partnerships with platforms like We Are Developers and FemTech Conference. Awarded twice for Global TA Innovation, Andreea has led transformative talent programs at Zalando and Wayfair, including Wayfair’s Tech Hub in India, a revamped Product Management track at Zalando, and an Internal Mobility program at Wayfair. She regularly shares her insights on career growth and hiring excellence through her website, social media, and appearances at conferences and on podcasts. Beyond her work, Andreea enjoys cars, architecture, music, dance, and painting.
