This summer, Oraseya Capital and the SANDBOX Investment Program open their doors to the broader startup community.

The SANDBOX Summer Series is a free, in-person series of events that offer a rare opportunity to experience what it’s like to be part of one of the region’s top investment programs — up close and firsthand.

What to expect?

  • Understand the importance of retention in growth marketing, and how a focus on retaining existing users can lead to significant long-term growth and increased customer lifetime value.

  • Learn how to identify and measure churn, and how to develop effective strategies to reduce churn, such as creating targeted retention campaigns, improving the user experience, and offering incentives to encourage continued usage.

  • Gain practical skills and knowledge to create effective habit loops that encourage users to develop ongoing usage habits, using techniques such as push notifications, and personalized recommendations, and understand how to measure and optimize these habit loops to drive sustained growth.

  • Develop an understanding of user engagement, including the different levels of engagement (such as Core and Power users), and how to measure and optimize engagement to increase user satisfaction and retention.

  • Learn how to create effective activation strategies that convert new users into active and engaged users, by identifying key actions that drive activation and optimizing the onboarding process to encourage these actions.
