Join us for a joyous Eid Mubarak Celebration on Saturday, April 19th, 2025, at Ponderosa Park, Sunnyvale, from 1:00 - 5:00 PM!
This year, we’ve decided to keep the event outdoors to maintain a casual, family-friendly atmosphere while accommodating a larger crowd. Hosting it at the park helps keep costs lower, making it more accessible for everyone to join in the festivities.

Eid isn’t complete without good food and great company! We’re inviting everyone to share the joy of Eid through food by bringing a dish inspired by traditional Malaysian Eid favorites that can serve at least 10 people.

Need ideas? Here are some classic Malaysian Eid dishes:
🥘 Rendang – Slow-cooked beef/chicken in aromatic spices
🍛 Lontong/Lodeh – Coconut-based vegetable stew with rice cakes
🌿 Lemang – Glutinous rice cooked in bamboo
🍗 Ayam Masak Merah – Spicy tomato chicken
🍢 Satay & Kuah Kacang – Grilled beef/chicken skewers with peanut sauce
🥮 Kuih Raya – Traditional festive cookies
💰 Not Cooking? You Can Still Contribute!
We understand that preparing a dish may not be possible for everyone. Even if you can’t contribute food, you can still support the event by making a monetary donation. This will help us provide additional dishes to ensure there is enough for everyone.
✅ Suggested Donation Amount: If you prefer to donate instead of cooking, we suggest a contribution of $15-$20 per adult to help cover catering costs.
