INTERSECT 2025 - Young Researcher Competition
INTERSECT Young Researchers' Competition 2025: Empowering Young Minds for Indonesia's Sustainable Future
The INTERSECT Young Researcher Competition is a prestigious national-level competition that invites Indonesian high school students to explore, research, and present innovative ideas under the grand theme: "Indonesia at the Crossroad of Technology, Sustainability, and Society." This isn't just another research competition—it's your gateway to Stanford University and the global stage of sustainability innovation. The competition is part of INTERSECT 2025, a global symposium to be held at Stanford University, USA, on November 20, 2025, which will bring together global leaders, researchers, and practitioners working at the intersection of sustainable energy, emerging technology, and public policy.
As a participant, you'll join teams of 2-3 students to tackle real-world challenges facing Indonesia today, from AI safety and energy transition to sustainable technology solutions. Selected finalists will present their research remotely at the INTERSECT 2025 symposium in front of a panel of academics and experts, get their research paper published in an official proceedings, and receive certificates of achievement from the INTERSECT committee.
