About Event

An evening of matchmaking between startups and talent hosted by a climate founder.

Founder(s) wear many different hats. This includes being the first and most important recruiter for the startup itself. Where does a startup founder go to find the first 25 early startup employees though? Sure, I know you'll mention social networks like LinkedIn and or your own network (e.g. close friends, friends of friends, and colleagues), but not everyone has the time for LinkedIn or access to social capital to easily find that perfect hire that will take your startup from idea to unicorn. Join this speed dating event exclusively for founders meeting talent today!
