These classes are part of an 8-class yoga journey throughout the year aligned with the rhythms of nature, with two 1.5-hour kundalini yoga classes each season. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Samsara, this program invites you to recognize repeating patterns in our lives, embrace the truth of impermanence, and cultivate grounded awareness of the present moment.

🌸 SPRING WEEKEND:
Class 1 is dedicated to the initial spark of life, setting intention, and the potential within. The guiding question is: What new seeds of intention am I planting in my life right now and how can I cultivate them with an open heart?
Class 2 is dedicated to allowing the process of growth, the unfolding of potential, and non-attachment to outcomes. The guiding question is: How can I embrace the process of growth and unfolding in my life while letting go of rigid expectations about the outcome?

Each weekend includes kundalini yoga practices, breathwork, meditation, and reflective journaling designed to help you move with the rhythms of the Earth. You’ll be guided through a carefully curated experience that invites inner awareness, emotional release, and personal insight.

Intimate circle of 10–20 participants
Commitment to all 4 weekends is encouraged for full transformation
🌍 Location:
Held in the same space across all four weekends to deepen awareness of change and constancy

👜 What to Bring:
Please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a journal for reflection and note-taking. Wearing white is optional, but suggested.
