​The topic will cover how to fuel up your career and engineering growth by setting the correct mindset about technology, product development, and work attitude. This will be mostly non-tech stuff mixed up with tech stories from previous experience. 

​We will begin the story by thinking about what engineering is, what it is like, how we interact with the world, and why it is crucial in engineering. Then we'll talk about outsourcing and product businesses and how the direction affects your mindset (or vice versa: how your mindset determines in which direction you will work). We will discuss work in a team vs. alone, in a garage vs. in a giant company, and, again, together, we will look for the answer to how all this in the universe - we, our skills, the environment, and what we were taught from childhood - can help us to become better at what we do.
