​Using rhythm and drumming as an anchor, Caleb leads participants through a breathwork exercise that calms the nervous system, cultivates presence, and thoughtfulness. Throughout the entire arc of the experience, participants are encouraged to connect with their own internal rhythms as a grounding point and homebase to which they constantly return.

​Caleb is a facilitator and percussionist based in Brooklyn. His work uses rhythm, breath, meditation, and play to help people connect more deeply, create more freely, and grow more expansively. He's brought his workshops and meditations to teams within Google, LinkedIn, Hinge, Etsy, WordPress, Planned Parenthood, American Express, and other leading organizations.

​As an artist, Caleb has performed on tour with Oprah Winfrey, with Lenny Kravitz's Let Love Rule Foundation, and on hundreds of other stages. He continues to work at the intersection of music, mental health, and science— and contributing music and soundscapes to the growing world of psychedelic therapy. Through his travels, he continues to study the power of rhythm, community, and play, and he shares stories he's learned through the Rhythm of Happiness, his documentary series.
