

How to: Work with your Cycle
About the Session:
Ever wonder why some days you feel like a superhero while others it's a struggle to make it to your weekly gym sesh? In this session, you'll learn how the menstrual cycle works, and how to work with it through the lens of diet, movement, self care, and goal setting. We have distinct hormone changes throughout our cycles, and the way we train, eat, and take care of ourselves should change with our hormones. Let's learn how to work with them– whether you're cycling naturally, are on hormonal birth control, or don't get a period this will answer it all.
About the Host:
Dana Ariele Chwatt is a holistic hormone health coach and fertility educator in training who specializes in gut health, hormone health and women’s health. Since becoming certified through the institute for integrative nutrition in 2020, Dana has worked with hundreds of clients both in person and virtually through 1:1 and group coaching programs. Dana also runs panels, webinars, workshops and presentations for communities and corporations, and is currently building a nutrition solution for women in NYC to work with their cycles.
