About Event

A staggering 69% of women report experiencing negative impacts on their mental health due to pressures to conform to body & beauty standards – exceeding even the impact of job loss or financial hardships.

How might you challenge societal body and beauty pressures and reclaim your value?

Join us for an interactive Heal & Lead Circle for The Unbound Beauty, where you’ll explore:

  • Deconstruct societal beauty standards: Examine the unrealistic and often harmful beauty standards perpetuated in media and culture, and identify how these standards can negatively impact self-esteem and mental health.

  • Cultivate self-compassion and body positivity: Challenge negative thoughts and beliefs about your appearance, and embrace your unique qualities through mindfulness and acceptance.

  • Own your value beyond appearance: Explore your talents, passions, and contributions to the world, and cultivate a sense of value that is independent of societal beauty standards.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

About This Event

Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.

The Unbound Beauty – A confident and self-aware individual who challenges societal norms around beauty and body image, breaking free from limitations and societal pressures to embrace their own unique definition. They prioritize inner strength, self-acceptance, and celebrate the beauty in themselves and others.
