This session explores the disproportionate impact of climate change on women and girls and discusses how integrating gender equity into environmental policies can drive more effective climate solutions.

  • Mica Miro is the Engagement Director at Green Empowerment, leveraging her management and storytelling skills to amplify the voices of Indigenous and last-mile communities, with a background in micro-finance, art, and education.

  • Nitisha Pandey is the Founder of Femfuture Collective, a platform dedicated to advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment through innovative solutions and collaborative efforts.
