About Event
Join us for a panoramic rooftop mat pilates session at the YHA Sydney Harbour for a spicy class with our female community to start the weekend strong!
NOTE:
Mats are provided, just bring yourself, a water bottle and optional sunscreen/cap as we enjoy the breeze and morning together as we flow and connect.
INSTRUCTIONS:
When you enter the YHA Hostel in the Rocks head up the stairs or via the lift to level 1 (reception/cafe area). The lovely staff at the front desk will direct you and let you up to level 3 in the lift where you will find the rooftop for our class together unless raining and we are in the Big Dig Room on level ground xx
