About Event

Join us on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at One Tribe in Miami for a deeply intentional evening hosted by Emmy Award–winning journalist and midlife advocate Tamsen Fadal, celebrating the release of her #3 New York Times Best Seller, How to Menopause.

This exclusive gathering is limited to ensure a highly engaged, elevated experience.

We’ll come together to raise awareness and funds for Let’s Talk Menopause, the national nonprofit working to transform how women are supported through perimenopause and menopause—through policy, research, advocacy, and education.

Expect real conversation, expert insight, and an atmosphere designed for connection.

What to Expect

  • An Unfiltered Conversation with Tamsen Fadal
Tamsen will speak candidly about the menopause journey—from media silence to cultural shift—and what inspired her to bring this story to light.

  • Live Book Signing: How to Menopause
All attendees will receive a signed copy of Tamsen’s bestselling new book.

  • Coterie Conversations with Leading Physicians
You’ll participate in small, guided circles with top menopause doctors, approved by Tamsen's team, where you can ask questions and receive insight in an intimate setting.

  • Gourmet Cocktail Reception
An elevated evening with Gourmet passed hors d'oeuvres, and signature non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Photography by World Red Eye

Why This Matters

Let’s Talk Menopause is advancing:

  • The Menopause Research & Equity Act, to increase NIH funding and close the data gap in women’s health

  • The “Unboxing Menopause” campaign, urging the FDA to remove outdated black box warnings on low-dose vaginal estrogen products

  • Public education campaigns and advocacy tools to equip women with language and confidence to advocate for care

  • A coalition of physicians, policy experts, and wellness leaders to sit down and talk with you in our Signature Coteries

This evening is about change—starting with awareness, and ending with action.
