> Ricardo Morgado - Co-founder / CSO at Loop OS
Ricardo Morgado is the co-founder and CSO of LoopOS, the company behind the circular economy ERP of the same name, and part of The Loop Co group, which he also co-founded. Holding a master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, he worked in the pharmaceutical industry before joining Book in Loop, a startup that led to the founding of The Loop Co in 2019. Today, the Portuguese greentech, headquartered in Coimbra, has over 200 professionals.
> Rita Sousa - Partner at Faber
Rita Sousa is a Partner at Faber, a venture capital firm focused on Ocean and Climate Tech. With a background in energy, clean technologies, and innovation consultancy, she has held leadership roles at Naves Venture Capital and Espírito Santo Ventures (now Armilar Venture Partners). Holding an MBA and a Master’s in Finance, Rita brings extensive expertise in fostering early-stage innovation and sustainability-driven entrepreneurship.
