​Ashley Grace Jefferson is the founder of Ashley Grace Consultancy, where she partners with early-stage founders to achieve product-market fit by combining business context, customer insights, and nuanced problem-solving techniques. With over a decade of experience in finance and product management at companies like Prudential and JP Morgan, she brings a mix of strategic frameworks and intuition to help founders build authentic, vision-aligned products. After noticing that the fractional talent model was gaining popularity among fractionals but still misunderstood by many founders and funders, Ashley aimed to bridge the gap and bring everyone out of their silos. She created Founders, Funders, & Fractionals (F3), a future of work community focused on enhancing the startup ecosystem through fractional talent and high-impact educational experiences.
