​About Owner:

​Castleigh founded MyHomePathway in 2020 to transform generational financial health through homeownership, addressing the outdated, opaque, and inequitable U.S. mortgage process.

​With over 15 years in banking at leading institutions like Goldman Sachs, AIG, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Castleigh gained insights from both private and regulatory sectors. He realized that financial success in America often hinges on a 3-digit credit score—a concept neither accessible nor equitable for all.

​This realization inspired MyHomePathway, a platform envisioning homeownership for everyone, regardless of credit score, student loans, or family wealth. Castleigh holds a B.A. from Penn State and an MBA from NYU Stern.
