Start your Sunday above the city — fresh air, skyline views, and a workout that feels as good as it looks. Sweat & Sculptis more than just movement: it’s a full-body, music-driven flow that blends strength, Pilates, and functional training to tone, sculpt, and energize — all while the city slowly comes to life beneath you.

We’ll sweat together, move in sync, and challenge our bodies — then keep the energy going post-class with DJ set vibes, ice-cold Sueritos (@suerito.mx) to rehydrate and recharge, and a pop-up from Poga Cafelicatessen(@poga.cafelicatessen) — a New York–inspired coffee shop in Cuauhtémoc redefining the art of hospitality. Coffee in hand, music in the air, and conversation flowing — that’s the SOMMOS way.

Your guide: Andrea Gil — ballet dancer for over 20 years, passionate about wellness for more than a decade, and certified in Barre, Pilates, and functional training. She’s known for her precision, energy, and music-driven approach that transforms not only your body, but how you feel in it.
