Invitation to Workshop: Mastering Arm Balances in Ashtanga Yoga and Rocket!
Join us for an inspiring 3-hour workshop on Saturday, February 15, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, focused on refining your technique for arm balances in Ashtanga Yoga and Larry Schultz’s Rocket Vinyasa.
Armbalancing is playful and fun and offers everyone to challenge their strength, balance and fears. The right technique helps to conquer these gnarly poses.
Led by Niclas Ihrén, a highly experienced 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), this session will break down key poses, build strength and confidence, and explore alignment principles as well as transitions to help you soar in your practice.
