Meditative Yoga & Community
Join us for a rejuvenating afternoon of movement and mindfulness, starting with a 45-min meditative yoga session led by Shanti House founder and certified yoga instructor Louisa Li. This class is suitable for all levels, offering a mix of asanas and breath work to bring consciousness to the sensations and connection between your mind and body.
After yoga, we'll lead a prompted journaling exercise and open group discussion + discover emerging wellness products from our brand partners.
