Women in Data x Climate Workgroup | Batteries & Physics-Informed Models
You're cordially invited to attend our [Virtual] Women in Data x Climate Workgroup Meeting on Sept 20th at 10am PDT/1pm EDT!
As requested, we'll be discussing physics-informed models in our upcoming Journal Club. This meeting will include a brief Batteries 101 and intro to physics-based ML applications presented by Sofia Taylor. No prior background knowledge in these fields are necessary to attend and get the most out of this meeting!
Journal Article: “A Physics-Informed Machine Learning Approach for Estimating Lithium-Ion Battery Temperature"
There are four shared documents we are providing below to help prepare for our meeting on this journal article.
1) Brainstorm List of Questions/Discussion Topics - We encourage you to add to this doc with questions/topics that are directly or tangentially related to the paper. During our Journal Club, we will then vote on which items we'd like to review.
2) Complementary Glossary of Terms - A running list of definitions for your reference
4) Presentation Slides - To be delivered by Sofia at our meeting
We hope you may join us!
