bpm Workshop: Mindfulness for busy tech professionals & founders, an Approach to long-term healing
In the fast and dynamic pace of the tech industry, professionals and founders often prioritise performance at the expense of their own well-being. Based on the success and feedback of our first mindfulness workshop in March, we are bringing our second workshop, designed to offer you a practical and hands-on approach to mindfulness and long-term healing.
We will cover some of the introductory psychoanalytic concepts, together with self-analysis and practical exercises. You will have the opportunity to analyse your current emotional state, re-examine your relationships, clarify goals, and discover sustainable tools for letting go of what no longer helps you in achieving your goals.

Meet Your Facilitator: Darinka
Darinka is a Product Manager and Mindfulness Coach who brings a wealth of experience both in the tech industry and personal development. After a transformative healing journey from burnout, she has dedicated herself to sharing the insights from her personal journey in order to help others rediscover their authentic self, reconnect with their values, and live a more fulfilling life. Darinka’s journey includes overcoming and mitigating burnout, gaining clarity on goals, and cultivating a mindset that nurtures happiness and well-being.
With years of experience as a Product Manager, Darinka has worked in several fast-paced and dynamic startups and companies, with a high-pressure environment, which has given her an understanding of navigating challenging situations.
"I thought everything was well-timed, there was no pressure or stress but we just followed the natural flow of the group. I liked that Darinka herself shared multiple personal examples and her own journey which made it easier to open up and connect to the topic. I received a lot of impulses and techniques that I [...] already knew and partially were new to me. I loved the openness of everyone and how we got into a conversation about everyone's personal ways and strategies to handle stressful situations.”
