Hey Ladies!

Always wanted to learn self-defense but never had the time to go for classes? We hear you!

This energetic session is going to not only teach you some self-defense techniques, but we're also going to focus on some core exercises that are going to help tighten those muscles to help you better your form for a confident you.

About the Trainers
Ajit Negi has been working in the fitness and MMA industries for the last 10 years. He started training as a martial artist when he was 16 and represented India on the global stage at the MMA World Championship, Bahrain in 2017.

Sneha Agarwal is in the Health and fitness industry for the last 7 years. She is a certified GIF Reebok Trainer, Certified Reebok Step Aerobics Trainer, Certified Cult Trainer, and Certified 200 HRS RYT Hatha Yoga Trainer from 1000 Yoga Academy Bangalore. She has worked with reputed companies like HealthifyMe as a Fitness consultant, Cult as an S&C, HRX trainer, and worked with Mindhouse as a Group online Yoga trainer. She loves motivating and inspiring people so that it helps them make a gradual positive change which makes them happier
