​Meet the Panelists

​✨ Asma Parvez
Founder of Styled by Asma, a styling and brand presence studio for Muslim women and ambitious leaders. With a decade in luxury and personal styling, she empowers women to show up with confidence, clarity, and a style that speaks before they do.

​✨ Ellen Goodwin
Cofounder of Artifcts, a patented and award-winning platform that connects meaning, memories, and value to the “stuff” we collect in life. With a background in digital technology and product design, Ellen began her career as an intelligence analyst for the CIA, where she honed her renowned briefing and public speaking skills. She is also a wife, mom to a 15-year-old UT Longhorn swimmer and a doodle named Sherlock, and a passionate advocate in the breast cancer and dementia communities.

​✨ Caroline Lakshmanan
Caroline Lakshmanan is a fashion–tech founder whose career spans luxury fashion in Paris to scaling fintech startups in New York. She’s now building Cloud Closet, a social shopping platform that turns the outfit selfie into a search engine—making style decisions more connected, intentional, and fun.

​✨ Loriza Ibarra
Founder of REFIND Collective, Loriza is a community builder, creative strategist, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of fashion and technology. Through REFIND, she curates experiences, builds partnerships, and develops scalable infrastructure for designers, founders, and innovators. Her work spans event curation at NYFW, SXSW, and Austin Tech Week, as well as consulting with emerging brands on strategy, growth, and storytelling.
