​Join us for a product knowledge-sharing evening as Progress proudly hosts the ProductTank Sofia event "Seven Habits of Highly Effective Management".

​The event will include a panel discussion where four of the seasoned Progress PMs will delve into the essential habits that drive success in managing products utilized by millions of developers across various stages of the product lifecycle. 

​The Progress Product Managers will share their firsthand experiences and strategies for cultivating effective product management habits. From ideation to execution, they will explore how these habits facilitate collaboration across diverse roles within the organization and drive stellar execution and continuous exploration of new ideas. ​Antoniya Boynovska 

​Antoniya Boynovska is a Senior Product Manager at Progress and has more than 10 years of experience as a digital professional. She is passionate about making ideas happen in the crossroad between technology, business and strategy. She has experience in both startups and mature companies. Antoniya is also interested in politics, behavioral economics, art history and urbanism, and is curious about new stuff. 

​Milen Elkin 

​Milen Elkin is a Senior Product Manager at Telerik, now Progress, specializing in Telerik Reporting & Telerik Report Server. Over his tenure, he's worn multiple hats—from Software Developer to People Manager to his current role. 
Milen is motivated by the belief that data presentation should be effortless. He finds resilience in the rhythmic cadence of running and cycling, sometimes participating in amateur races when not delighting in the company of his two cherished daughters. 

​Yoan Krumov  

​Yoan has 10+ years of experience at Progress/Telerik. During these years he passed through different positions in the company, including being a developer for the WPF and WinUI team, and is now a senior Product Manager for Desktop & Mobile suites  - UI for .NET MAUI and UI for WPF/WinForms. Outside of his professional endeavors, Yoan is passionate about keeping up with technology trends through tech blogs, chilling, and exploring the world.
