​How to recognize and avoid the many belief, behavioral, and social biases, which flaw much human decision making, in your role as product manager. In particular, authority bias, reputation risk, and survivor bias are rife in decision making and during customer and product validation. The talk will include emerging results from original research into this largely unaddressed area, case studies, and practical tips to use right away.
