Going Outside; Going Inside Registration (In-person Only)
A Non-residential In-Person Retreat With Jeanne Corrigal and James Lowe
- Day 2 at Mary Lake Sanctuary -
Description
In this retreat, we will explore inner and outer nature in the understanding that we are not separate, solid selves, but interconnected with all beings in a flow of experience. This sense of connection can support a free mind and heart. With nature as our teacher, we can come to know this as our innate, natural way of being.
You are welcome to join for one or both days of practice, which will build on each other but also be independent. We will combine dharma talks with nature practices and connecting with the community. Weather permitting, we will practice outdoors as much as possible.
