Sydney Karmes-Wainer is the founder of French Squirrel, a wellness snack brand inspired by her French roots and personal healing journey. After struggling with disordered eating in college, she studied in Bordeaux and reconnected with a balanced, joyful relationship to food. While working at Erewhon, she began making protein bites that helped her heal—and quickly gained a cult following. Encouraged to turn her hormone-friendly snacks into a brand, French Squirrel was born. Today, her mission is to help women nourish their bodies with snacks that are as good for the soul as they are delicious.

Dominic Minogue - Founder of Dirty Water Hard Seltzer

Dom is the founder of Dirty Water Hard Seltzer. Utilizing his prior experience in performance marketing and luxury merchandising, Dom has created what he believes to be the "First Great Heritage Hard Seltzer." A single SKU beverage that is meant to be the antithesis of the current hard seltzer market. Light, sessionable, easy drinking. Similar to the classic American light beers. Dirty Water has been making waves around New York City as the "Dive Bar Hard Seltzer."

Amy Anaiz is a creative director, photographer, and founder of OZAIZ, a homewares brand rooted in ritual, memory, and intentional living. Inspired by her Afro-Latina heritage, journey through motherhood, and deep reverence for design, Amy created OZAIZ to offer multifunctional pieces that evolve with you.
