Special guests
Vanessa Rissetto is a registered dietitian and the CEO & Co-founder of Culina Health, a venture-backed clinical nutrition company making personalized care more accessible. Previously Director of Dietetic Internships at NYU, Vanessa combines her background in history, marketing, and clinical nutrition to lead a fast-growing health startup with a mission of inclusivity and impact. Under her leadership, Culina has raised $20M and built a reputation for strong outcomes and trusted care. A frequent media contributor and speaker, Vanessa has been recognized by EY, Inc., Essence, Goldman Sachs, and NPR for her entrepreneurial leadership and advocacy in nutrition equity.
Sebastian Cwilich is the Founder and CEO of Tertulia, a leading online book retailer and SaaS platform for authors. He was previously Co-founder and President/COO of Artsy, where he helped build the world’s largest online fine art marketplace. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Christie’s and advised Gagosian Gallery, following a technical career at AT&T Bell Labs. He is also the Co-founder and former Chairman of ProyectArte, an international nonprofit art school in Buenos Aires.
