This is a virtual panel event. The first 40 minutes will be dedicated to the panel discussion. The remaining time will be for audience Q&A.

About the Speakers
Yolanda Lee is the founder and CEO of Uncommon, Asia's first private leadership network for the next generation of female leaders. Prior to this, she led the international consumer partnerships team across Asia Pacific and the Middle East at Deliveroo, building its corporate solutions offering as the Head for Business. She also worked in Africa as the Regional Partnerships Manager for Uber, as well as the Regional Managing Director at HelloFood under Rocket Internet.
Gail Wong is the founder of Live True, guiding clients to elevate their self-worth and their net-worth, integrating what matters to them into their money decisions. She is a 3x-certified coach, conscious investor and business advisor operating at the nexus of capital, entrepreneurship, and spirituality with over 2 decades of experience in corporate finance, investing, financial healing and lasting behaviour change. An graduate of the Wharton Business School, she started her career at Morgan Stanley advising financial services and technology firms in USA, UK and Southeast Asia on over $10Bn of M&A and capital-raises.
Ivna Curi is the CEO and founder of Assertive Way, offering communication training to a community of professionals looking to improve their speaking up and assertiveness skills. She is the host of the "Speak Your Mind Unapologetically" podcast. Ivna holds a MBA from INSEAD. She has lived in 4 continents and worked for Fortune 500 companies including Johnson & Johnson, A.T. Kearney, and Etihad Airways. She has a background in analytics, international business, and management consulting.
Michele Lum is a certified executive, leadership, health & wellness coach. She is an award-winning marketer and communicator with more than 20 years of strategic marketing, public relations, media experience, leadership development and change management in Southeast Asia and the USA. Michele holds two Master of Business Administration degrees with the University of Singapore and University of California, Los Angeles. She also holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Dance from James Madison University, Virginia.
