City Host:
Win Htein Lin is an Urban Development and Transport Consultant with extensive international experience in infrastructure, public transport, and stakeholder engagement. He currently consults for the World Bank, contributing to policy development and advisory work across Asia, with a particular focus on Myanmar. His work includes authoring key reports on Myanmar’s transport sector and contributing to the flagship Myanmar Economic Monitor series.
He holds a Master of Science in Urban Management from Technische Universität Berlin and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Finance with a specialization in Financial Technology at Goethe Universität Frankfurt.

Shun is a penultimate Finance and NUS College student from the National University of Singapore. She has been in Germany since February 2025, where she spent her first two months interning at SAP Walldorf as part of her multi-year student rotational program. She is currently on a summer exchange semester at the Technical University of Munich.
Shun is passionate about the intersection of Finance and Technology and is actively seeking opportunities to explore this dynamic field. She also has a strong interest in education and entrepreneurship, having co-founded several ventures with friends, ranging from skincare and sneakers to an innovative superfood business.
In her free time, she enjoys travelling and going on nature hikes
