Relax with 5B: Yin Yoga
Join us for a Sunday morning slow flow led by Taylor Speer. Class will begin with a grounding meditation and breath work, followed by a slow-paced yin-style yoga flow where we will hold poses for extended periods to release tension and improve flexibility.

Taylor Speer is a certified 200-HR yoga instructor who has been guiding communities for the past year+ through yoga and thoughtful movement. Her offerings span from yin yoga, yoga nidra, vinyasa yoga, hot yoga, guided meditation, and breath work. She spends her time leading private yoga workshops as well as small group sessions in the NYC area and virtually. She is passionate about trauma-informed yoga approaches and the mind-body connection. Taylor’s mission is to catalyze change in her community and serve as a guide for those seeking to connect with and understand their bodies through yoga.
