Howard Cheung is an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant and outdoor enthusiast. With over 30 years of exploring the outdoors in homegrown Vancouver, he excels in organizing group trips, paddling, and hiking.

He recently returned as an Expedition team member in Antarctica. As a benefits consultant at ImmixGroup, he reviews and manages employee benefits programs for various local businesses, focusing on employee wellness while maintaining cost sustainability. Through his extensive time in nature, Howard has realized the profound benefits it offers for both physical and mental wellness. This journey has led him to re-prioritize what truly matters in life.

Drew Climie is a nature-based wellness advocate, experienced yoga instructor, and certified outdoor educator with over a decade of experience helping individuals and teams thrive through the transformative power of nature.

Drew brings a holistic approach to wellness that integrates mindfulness, movement, and adventure. After burning out, he left his leadership roles in the tech industry to pursue his passion for fostering well-being through nature-based experiences. He founded LondonSUP and now leads West Coast SUP Adventures, designing programs that reduce stress, foster team performance, and infuse joy and excitement into people’s lives.
