For Vol. 13, we'll diving into a Filipino feast with Solo Diner, a Fil-Am pop-up made up of 3 Oxalis alumni - Lem Soriano, Kevin Cardenas and Adrian Capellan. They'll be serving up Kaldereta, a Koji cured short rib stew with sofrito and tomato sauce, root vegetables with an allium crumble, and steamed rice.
