L&D Shakers September Session: The Power of Play in Unlocking Trust, Creativity, and Psychological Safety at Work

Welcome back everyone after the lovely Summer holidays! Sadly, we never got a chance to meet in the park due to weather, however we are so excited for our next session led by Amale—strategist, executive coach, and founder of The Brick Coach.

In this hands-on session, Amale will guide us through the use of LEGO® Serious Play® to demonstrate how playful, experiential techniques can open up deep dialogue, build trust, and foster psychological safety in ways that traditional facilitation can’t always reach.
