About Event

Are you feeling drained and depleted while caring for loved ones, whether it's your children, aging parents, a sick spouse, or a loved one in your life? You're not alone.

This Heal & Lead Circle for "The Centered Caregiver" focuses on recognizing compassion fatigue and equipping you with tools to reclaim your well-being.

Join us for an interactive session on:

  • Recognize Compassion Fatigue: Learn to identify the emotional, physical, and mental signs that may be impacting you, including feelings of guilt and exhaustion. We'll explore how caregiving can affect your well-being.

  • Refuel Your Resilience: Discover personalized self-care practices that go beyond bubble baths. We'll explore strategies to build emotional resilience and redefine self-care to fit your needs.

  • Set Boundaries with Confidence: Learn how to say "no" gracefully and establish healthy boundaries with those you care for. We'll share practical examples to empower you in real-life situations.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

About This Event

Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.

As the Centered Caregiver, you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who prioritizes the well-being of yourself and others, while navigating the challenges of caregiving - whether it be your children, family member, or other loved ones. You strive for balance and harmony in life through self-care, ensuring your own well-being and maintaining your ability to support others effectively.
