Dear one,

Welcome to a sacred space where your breath becomes your protection, your power, and your portal to radiance.

Join me for a potent Himalayan Kriya journey designed to expand your aura, awaken your inner light, and build a luminous energetic shield. In this session, we’ll focus on cultivating a strong and vibrant auric field—your natural boundary and source of magnetism—so you can move through the world grounded, protected, and glowing from within.

Through the ancient tools of Himalayan Kriya Yoga, we will work with the subtle body and energy system to activate and strengthen your radiance. We’ll be calling upon the sacred energy of Kundalini Shakti, the primordial life force at the base of the spine, and gently awakening it through Pranayama (breathwork), Kriya (evolutionary movements), Dhyāna(meditation), and Mantra (sound vibration).

This journey is an invitation to feel empowered in your energy body, to cleanse and recharge your field, and to deepen your connection to inner clarity, strength, and grace.

No experience is needed—just a willingness to explore, expand, and embody your own light.

Class Flow:

  • Opening & Introduction

  • 60-minute Himalayan Kriya Journey: Breathwork, Movement, Meditation & Mantra

  • Integration: gentle sharing, questions, and reflections

In this class, you will be gently guided to:

  • Cleanse and expand your auric field

  • Create an energetic shield of protection and presence

  • Tap into your radiant vitality

  • Balance and regulate your nervous system

  • Cultivate resilience and emotional clarity

  • Reconnect with your inner source of strength and stillness

How to Prepare:

  • Find a quiet, undisturbed space

  • Sit comfortably on a mat or cushion—this session will be fully seated

  • Wear loose, breathable clothing

  • Avoid eating at least 1 hour beforehand

  • Keep a blanket nearby if you'd like to stay warm
