Join us for a unique experience at the Museum de la Chasse et de la Nature where botanical sounds and delicious dishes collide.
This 40 person event will kick off with an aperitif in a private garden with hors d'oeuvres from fermentation expert Yumi Kim before moving into the salons of a private hunting club.
Immersive Soundscapes Created from the Plants on Your Plate
Savor the flavors of a vegan tasting menu from chefs Marine Hervouet (Arpège, Table by Bruno Verjus) and Pascaline Albicini (Le Quatrième Mur, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon) while engaging with the soothing sounds of nature from artist Casey Barth who uses the natural electricity present in plants to create live electronic music. He will be constructing an interactive concert from our dinner's seasonal ingredients alongside wine pairings orchestrated by Ryan Lim (Festival Dialogue, Paris Wine Company).

Guests will finish the evening by taking over the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature for a private after-hours tour.
This in-person event, curated by James Beard nominated food writer Catherine Down and her creative agency Ciao Down, promises to be a treat for your taste buds and ears alike.
