Join us in celebrating the launch of the Design Changemaking frameworks and the revamped Design Changemaker's Guide.
In this focused session, we'll dive deep into three foundational frameworks that bridge design with liberatory and anti-oppressive practices. This includes:
Design Changemaking Principles, which ground us in values-driven practice
The Design Changemaking Ecosystem, which shows how different approaches for social and environmental change naturally connect and nourish each other
The Reflexive Compass, which helps us drive systemic change in design (and beyond!) with discernment, accountability and engagement in meaningful actions
What to Expect
This deep dive and Q&A session will last 60 minutes and build on our learning immersion from January (you'll get the recording upon registering!).
Together, we'll explore:
The complete design changemaking framework system
The ways the frameworks evolved through emergence and community insight
How they work together for both resistance and changemaking
Opportunities to apply them in practice
Perfect for both those familiar with Design Changemaking and newcomers ready to engage with these frameworks for change.
